Account Deletion

1. Send an email to us at help@groly.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request"

2. Include your email address associated with your account.

3. We will process your request within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your account has been deleted.

What data will be deleted?

• Personal information such as your email, username, and profile details.

• Any other data associated with your account (e.g., app preferences).

Data retention:

• Once your account is deleted, all your personal data will be removed immediately, except in cases where we are legally required to retain information for a certain period (e.g., accounting purposes).
